I will only accept payments via a PayPal invoice. No other payment options will be accepted.

I require the commissioner to pay at least 50% of the total cost up front before I will begin work on your commission. This is the default, and can be mildly negotiated.

I have a limited no-refund policy; the only exceptions are the following: I have not started work on the commission, I need to cancel the commission myself for whatever reason, and if partial work is done a partial refund can be discussed.

Rush Delivery Fees constitute deadlines that are under a certain length, generally under 2-3 weeks. I will let you know if this fee applies prior to payment.

By default, my commissions are for non-commercial use only. Commercial use and redistribution will be an additional fee. You MUST inform me prior to payment whether this will be a commercial commission.

You are not allowed to credit anyone as the creator of the video except for myself unless I collaborate with another person. You can credit me as "darling" or "darlingnya" and may use my Twitter, YouTube, or comission website as a link.

No alterations to the finished commission (other than adding an intro/outro) are permitted. If any changes are desired, please let me know before I send the final product.

Only the paying client and myself are permitted to use the video I create for them. Any other person's use must be permitted by the client.

All assets you want used including art, props, backgrounds, and audio must be provided before I begin the commission.

For videos with lyrics, I require that you provide me a document with the lyrics (the language the song is in + romanized + English translation).

Any in-video crediting you'd like me to make for any persons must also be written down prior to me starting.

If the song has multiple singers, I require a script of who's singing what line (romanized for any non-English songs).

All art sprites should be at least 2000 pixels tall and in a lossless format (PNG, PSD, etc.). This is vital to ensure that the art remains high quality throughout the video.

All other assets must also be in a relatively high resolution and lossless format. Any props that you'd like me to use MUST be in a PNG/PSD format with a transparent or completely black background. Otherwise I will not be able to use it.

I will not accept any placeholders for audio or art sprites, HOWEVER I can replace them if last minute edits needed to be made (excludes puppeted sprites). Please always ensure that the canvas size remains the same for art and the timing/length is the same for audio.

I will only use client-provided assets, assets of my own creation, and free-use assets. If this is a commercial-use video, special arrangements need to be made in regards to assets to ensure full legal clarity.

1080p resolution; 4k is an additional fee.

24 or 30 fps; 60 fps is an additional fee.

Length of the video will be either decided by the length of the song (for music videos), narrated audio (for lore videos/podcasts/etc.), or a ballpark desired length for regular video edits/VOD edits.

Rendered in a H.264 .mp4 format idealized for a YouTube upload, if you wish it to be rendered in a lossless .mov format it will be an additional fee.

You can request the .aep and project files for an additonal fee as well. If you want to make any further alterations by someone who isn't me, please discuss it with me first.
